Practice Information

Please wear comfortable workout gear (shorts and shirt or a wrestling singlet) to practice.  Bring your wrestling shoes (day loaners available for new wrestlers), headgear (if desired), plenty of water and a mouth guard (if desired - mandatory if you wear braces).  Be ready to work hard!
